Forms

The Forms page displays all forms accessible to your account. Available forms may vary based on your user type (Internal or External).

🔍 Form Visibility

Forms will only appear in the table if they meet the following criteria:

• The form is marked as Active.
• The form is assigned to a Group that you are a member of.

Admin Users: By default, admins have access to all active forms, regardless of user type or group assignments.

👤 Guest Access

💡 Note

Forms marked for Guest Access will not display in the forms table. They are only accessible via their direct URL link.
