Documentation
This section is your reference for everything inside the S-Launch platform — how it is structured, what each part does, and how it behaves for different user types.
The documentation is organized into two main areas:
- Components — the building blocks of the platform: the access-control model, assets, and visual editors that power the system.
- Views — the screens and pages users interact with, covering everything from the home dashboard to the admin panel.
Components
Components are the core entities that make up the S-Launch platform. Understanding them helps you configure the system correctly and reason about how data flows between parts.
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Access Control | Users, Groups, Roles (Scope Sets), Scopes, and API Keys — how permissions fit together |
| Assets | Files, Guest Home directories, and Share links |
| Builders | The Form, Workflow, and Mail Template builder editors |
Views
Views document each screen in the S-Launch interface — what it shows, who can see it, and how it behaves. This is the go-to reference when onboarding team members or troubleshooting unexpected UI behavior.
| View | Description |
|---|---|
| Home | The landing dashboard, tailored per user type |
| Forms | The forms table — visibility rules and guest access behavior |
| Activity | Form submission logs and workflow execution history |
| Assets | File browser, guest homes, and share management |
| Builders | Form, Workflow, Mail Template, and Theme builder views |
| Admin | Access control, audit logs, and system settings — admin users only |
| Account Settings | Profile, password, and personal preferences |
