Groups

Groups are collections of users that let you manage access and assignments in bulk instead of user by user.

  • Bulk permissions — attach a role (scope set) or scopes to a group, and every member inherits them. Change the group once and all members update.
  • Assignments — groups also streamline non-permission assignments, such as which forms a set of users should see.

Use groups when several users share the same access profile — for example, an entire client team, or everyone in Prepress.
