Internal Users

Internal Users are your organization's team members who manage day-to-day operations and drive workflows behind the scenes. They require authenticated access to utilize the platform.

  • Typical Roles: Prepress, Sales, Marketing, and system administrators.

  • Scope of Access: Broad access to operational tools, internal data, client management, and backend workflows.

Admin

There is no dedicated "Admin" user type in S-Launch — admin access is defined by assigning the admin scope to any internal user. The admin scope grants full access to all other scopes without requiring them to be individually assigned.

This means any internal user can be elevated to admin by adding the admin scope to their account, and demoted by removing it. No separate account type or special user creation is required.

WARNING

Assign the admin scope with care. An admin user has unrestricted access to all platform features, settings, and data.
