Getting Started

What is S-Launch?

S-Launch is a platform for managing assets, forms, and automated workflows across your organization and your external clients. Browse the Documentation for a full tour of the platform's components and views.

How do I sign in?

Navigate to your organization's S-Launch URL and sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator. If you don't have an account yet, contact your system administrator to have one created.

Which browsers are supported?

S-Launch runs in any current version of the major evergreen browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. For the best experience, keep your browser up to date.

Accounts & Users

What types of users are there?

S-Launch has three user types — External, Internal, and Guest — each with different roles and access levels. See Users for a full breakdown of roles and scopes.

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If your account uses single sign-on, reset your password with your identity provider instead.

How do I invite or create a new user?

Internal users with the right scope can create accounts from the admin area. The User Setup guide walks through the process.

Assets & Sharing

What is a Guest Home?

A Guest Home is a dedicated directory that gives an external guest a controlled space to access the files you share with them. See Assets for details.

How do share links work?

Shares let you grant access to specific assets via a link, with optional expiry and permissions. See Assets for the full model.

Is there a limit on upload size?

Yes — uploads are capped at 100 MB. Larger files are rejected before they're stored. See Uploads for the details, or contact your S-Launch representative if you regularly need to move larger files.

Forms & Workflows

How do I build a form?

Forms are created in the Form Builder. See Builders for an overview of the visual editors.

Where do form submissions go?

Submissions are captured in the platform and viewable in the Forms view. See Forms for where to find them.

API & Integrations

How do I get API access?

API access uses OAuth2 or API keys. Start with the API Setup guide, then see Authentication for the full flow.

What can the API do?
