Users
S-Launch supports three distinct user types, each designed for a specific role and level of access within the platform.
External Users
Authenticated clients and customers who need secure access to their specific projects. External users are restricted to client-facing features — viewing and submitting forms, tracking activity, and accessing assets tied to their own organization.
Internal Users
Your organization's team members who manage day-to-day operations and drive workflows. Internal users have broad access to operational tools, client management, and backend workflows, governed by their assigned scopes.
Admin access is not a separate user type — any internal user can be elevated to admin by assigning them the admin scope, which grants unrestricted access to all platform features without requiring individual scopes to be added.
Guest Users
Individuals who need quick, frictionless access to specific content without creating an account or logging in. Guest users are highly restricted and can only interact with content explicitly shared with them via public or direct links.
