Data Encryption

• In transit: All traffic between your browser or API client and S-Launch is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.
• At rest: Stored data and file assets are encrypted at rest.

Infrastructure & Availability

S-Launch runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy across its core services. The platform sits behind protections that mitigate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks and filter malicious traffic, and it is continuously monitored for availability and performance.

Backups & Disaster Recovery

Data is backed up on a regular schedule so your environment can be restored in the event of an incident. Recovery procedures are maintained and reviewed by our operations team.

Access Control

• Authentication: API access uses OAuth2 or API keys. See Authentication.
• Authorization: Every action is governed by a granular scope system, so users and integrations only get the access they need. See Scopes.
