Access

Workflow access follows the same group-based rules as the Form Builder.

Groups

Assigning a workflow to one or more groups restricts which users can see and trigger it.

Admins always see every workflow regardless of group assignments.
If groups are assigned — only members of those groups can access the workflow.
If no groups are assigned — all users can see it.
